1. What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your item. Items must be in their original condition — unworn/unused, with tags attached and in original packaging. To start a return, contact us at stans74sa@gmail.com. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2. How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Email us at stans74sa@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return. Once approved, we'll send you a return shipping label. For exchanges, simply return the original item and place a new order for the item you'd like.

3. Which items are non-returnable?

The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.

4. When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed, please contact us at stans74sa@gmail.com.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay — all securely processed through Shopify Payments.

6. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by product and location. Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to select international destinations. Please note that customers in the EU have a 14-day cooling-off period for returns under EU consumer protection laws. Additional duties and taxes may apply depending on your country.

8. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Use it to track your package directly through the carrier's website.

9. What if I received a damaged, defective, or wrong item?

Please contact us immediately at stans74sa@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
